evreg.ie is a secure, family-first event registration platform designed for clubs, schools, parishes, and community organizations in Ireland.
The platform serves two main audiences:
- Families - Parents and guardians who manage family member profiles and register them for events
- Organizations - Admins and staff who create events, manage registrations, and handle check-ins
Whether you're signing up for a school trip, a summer camp, or a parish retreat, evreg.ie makes the process simple and secure while keeping important health and contact information accessible to event organizers when they need it.
evreg.ie uses passwordless authentication via email. Here's how it works:
- Enter your email address on the login page
- Check your inbox for a 6-digit verification code (check spam if needed)
- Enter the code on the verification screen
- You're in! No password to remember
💡 Tip: The verification code expires after 10 minutes. If it expires, simply request a new one by entering your email again.
If you're new to evreg.ie, your account will be created automatically the first time you verify your email. You'll then be prompted to set up your profile and add family members.
If you're both a family user AND a staff member of an organization, you can easily switch between these workspaces using the workspace switcher in the sidebar.
Personal / Family Workspace:
- Manage your family members
- Browse and register for events
- View your registrations and QR codes
- Update health profiles and emergency contacts
Organization Workspace:
- Create and manage events
- Review registration queue
- Handle check-ins
- Manage staff and permissions
Simply click the dropdown at the top of the sidebar to switch between your personal account and any organizations you belong to.
