Simple Organization Pricing from May 2026
Organizations can use all features free through April 2026. We're using this time to evaluate our infrastructure costs and usage patterns. Our target is simple, affordable pricing: €10 per event plus €1 per registration.
Covering Our Costs
Running a secure platform requires servers, databases, encrypted storage, and ongoing development. Our goal is to keep pricing as low as possible while covering these costs sustainably.

Will families ever have to pay?
No. Families will always be able to use evreg.ie for free. This includes creating profiles, storing health information, and registering for events.
What happens when organization pricing starts in May 2026?
We're targeting €10 per event plus €1 per registration. We're using the free period to evaluate our infrastructure and operational costs to ensure we can deliver on this pricing while covering servers, storage, and ongoing development.
Are there any transaction fees?
evreg.ie doesn't charge transaction fees. When you collect payments, standard Stripe processing fees apply (these go directly to Stripe, not to us).
Is there a limit on events or registrations?
No limits. Organizations can create as many events and accept as many registrations as needed. Through April 2026 it's completely free, then you only pay for what you use.
What about data storage and security?
All features including encrypted health data storage, secure check-in, and full audit logging are included at no extra cost.
